Hey there lovelies,


You know I've been doing my best to keep myself and y'all motivated while we're practicing the social distancing orders. It's starting to get tough though, I'm not gonna lie. That's why I'm sharing one of my personal top motivators that helps me keep it goin strong with y'all.


Whitney Simmons has been one of the most motivating fit girls I've come across that keeps it real and makes me feel like I can handle her workouts. She recently launched a workout app called, Alive. I've been wanting to test it out, but saving where I can currently. Anyways, she's been posting on her youtube some "workout with me" videos that are similar to how her app is I believe and of course I had to try it out!


Let me just say, I freaking am loving them! Thank you Whitney for making such an easy program to follow and motivate us through to burn those calories. I thought it would be fun to try it out for the first time for y'all to see and give it an honest review. I'm pretty sure you can guess how it went, but if you'd like to see the workout and maybe give it a go yourself, then you can find my video below. Hi lovelies,


Have you ever thought to yourself, how many pairs of leggings do you own? Well let me tell you... I got a lot! Like a lot a lot, lol.


I was going through my closet the other day reorganizing and thought to myself, holy there's a ton of leggings on my shelves... I need to go through them. So I did and I did a complete try on haul of every single one I own. That's right, I put all 55 pairs of leggings on for y'all to give you a full review and glance at what I got and love.


I know you're probably just as shocked as I am, 55! I had no clue I had that many. I mean I wear them everyday, but still my goodness. There's tons of different brands and styles amongst the haul. There's Gymshark, Lululemon, Carbon38, Amazon, and many more. I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty impressed with my collection and I hope you are too.

Of course we couldn't forget about the most powerful muscle groups within our body. Our Legs!


Serving up some really good leg and glute exercises within this home workout. I'm using 10lb dumbbells, but feel free to use lighter or heavier if you have them and are capable. Incase you may not have weights, now worries you can still do these exercises without. I would say just perform them a little slower and focus on squeezing your glutes, hamstrings, and quads more intently to feel them activate better.


I hope you all are being able to keep yourselves motivated during this time. I know it's hard, I've been there too. Sometimes doing these little workouts help brighten my spirit or give me more motivation throughout the rest of the day though, so I hope I can create the same feeling for you all too.
