Hi lovelies,
I'm giving lots of girlyness in this post, but why wouldn't I since it's my absolute favorite! Seriously though this top is so so adorable I just couldn't resist. From the delicate lace detailing to the babydoll and flutter sleeves, I'm in love. Also sharing a little DIY project with y'all and the creation of these jeans.

TOP
So am I right when I say this is the most adorable girly chic top you ever did see?! I mean I'm a sucker for lace anything pretty much, but this... PRAISE! It also comes in blush if you'd rather that then white. I'm wearing it in a S, and it fits great. I will say if you want a little more room throughout the arms maybe size up, that's the only part where I'd say it's a little tight, but it's not like it hurts or digs in.
PANTS
Alright and for this DIY project... these jeans were actually in the pile to donate to goodwill, and I was like I'm gonna play. I'm sure you've seen the extra destroyed super blown out style jeans around, they've become super big lately. Well, I thought I might as well try to rip these suckers up even more then they were to get the look, and if for some reason it didn't work oh well. I should've taken pix or done a video, but I didn't think that far ahead before starting so I'll give u the basic steps below:
1. mark out where you want the holes and how big
2. I used a cheese grater and just started going to town on the area I wanted ripped up
(put something in between the pant legs! you don't want to accidentally go through to the other side)
3. the denim will start to fray and pull apart, just keep going for the desired look
4. to get the thread-like rips, use a seam ripper and start pulling the vertical thread out and you be left with just the horizontal pieces holding together.
So yeah, I think I did a pretty good job especially since it was my first go at it! I love them and now I have an on trend pair of jeans I was about to get rid of. Let me know your thoughts on this look below, I'd love to know and hear from ya. Also, lmk what you'd like to see or hear about on my next post.
